South East Water provides services to over 1.6 million people in Melbourne's south east. Our customers include households, businesses, large industries and local councils across Melbourne's south east. We also serve the community by providing advice and support around the use of water and sewerage.
An opportunity exists for an innovative, vibrant, driven and results-oriented digital strategist within the Marketing Communications branch. This is a new permanent position that reports to Manager Marketing Communications. Salary range for this role is $80,994 to $85,044 plus super.
In this role you will develop and manage the online strategy for South East Water and provide advice and support to the business on digital and online matters. This includes managing and coordinating a range of internal and external online and digital channels and enhancing customer experience through an integrated, consistent online environment.
In addition, your team will manage and develop South East Water's external website and internal website and coordinate social media activity, while working with other areas of the business to support delivery of their digital and online initiatives.
This role works closely with a range of stakeholders across the company, including members of the Executive and broader management team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· extensive experience in developing and implementing digital and online strategies in a commercial environment
· experience in managing the development of a range of online channels, from concept to delivery
· an innovative approach to problem-solving in the online space
· demonstrated achievements in project delivery on-time and on budget
· experience managing a small team.
